Daniel Alvarez is a skilled litigation and business attorney who brings a formidable courtroom presence and a strong analytical background to his practice. His experience blends rigorous legal training in litigation with an extensive background in complex business and tax matters.
Daniel previously served as an Associate Attorney specializing in workers' compensation applicant litigation at Franco Munoz, APC, where he secured six-figure settlements from initially denied claims, achieved retroactive disability awards, and routinely conducted trials and depositions while authoring essential legal briefs and motions. Daniel built substantial corporate and tax experience as a Senior Associate in Business Tax Services at KPMG, a Summer Intern Associate at RSM, a Student Associate at the UC Hastings Startup Legal Garage working with WilmerHale and Wilson Sonsini, and a Senior Associate in Asset Management at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor with a Business Law Concentration from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of San Francisco.

Karla Martinez

Karla Martinez is a tenacious trial attorney with extensive courtroom experience, having served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office from 2022 to 2026. During her tenure as a prosecutor, she built a formidable trial record—conducting approximately 18 jury trials to verdict, arguing complex felony preliminary hearings, and preparing and arguing numerous motions—which earned her the Misdemeanor Prosecutor of the Year award. Beyond her rigorous trial work, she served as a liaison for the DA's law school program, mentored incoming clerks, and handled a heavy misdemeanor and felony caseload.
Her legal foundation is anchored by a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she honed her advocacy through the Individual Representation Clinic, won first place in the National Moot Court Competition, and earned the CALI Award for Legal Research & Writing and The Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California. Her background includes private sector experience as a Summer Associate at Miller Starr Regalia and handling probate, trust administration, and real estate litigation matters as a Legal Assistant at The Lepe Law Firm.
